A look at temperaments

As with any breed there are a range of temperaments and personalities in rabbits. Dwarf Hotots in general are a curious and affectionate breed. They love to interact with humans and all of my babies crave that attention. I think that has a lot to do with handling them at an early age. My babies are handled daily and I've never had a mean or skittish one in the bunch, they are all a joy to care for.:-)

I like how you showed everyone's different personalities via video. Awesome! I wonder if you would find any similarities between rearing styles and adult personality. This is a totally intriguing area of study for me. Thanks for sharing :)

I couldn't agree with you more! I think handling the babies when they are very young has such a huge impact on how afraid they will or won't be of humans later. It will be interesting to see how the babies will be out of my two. They have both come around a lot, but I would still consider them fairly skittish.
