Organizing...yes, I have to.

Check lists, care sheets, packets, paperwork....now you're speaking my language. LOL I just love having everything organized to where I can relax (somewhat) when we go on a big trip.

So lets start with the packet....
My convention 'packet' includes:
  • entry confirmation printouts
  • entry number printout
  • receipts from supply purchases that need to be picked up
  • hotel reservation printout
  • itinerary for non-rabbit plans(zoo information, ect.)
  • list of rabbits going up and list of those coming back
  • contact information for all that are being dropped off and picked up
  • list of all animals to be cared for-I'm caring for other breeder's animals this time
Cage tags and business card holder
Rabbitry care sheet- this is a detailed layout of what needs to be done. I have included on the back page a table of my cage set-up so that the care taker can identify the rabbits without taking them out of the cage. I can send a copy of this to friends who are interested in modifying it to their own when you have to leave your rabbits to a caretaker. Just email me.

Just a few of the things on my checklist that I placed in a gallon sized bag.

Checklist-I can also email this to anyone who wants it.
On an ending note, we had a beautiful black banded buck (singleton) born yesterday, hoping he'll turn out nice!

I love all your forms and lists! I wish I could be so organized. :)

What does 'Scratched' mean? I feel like it's something I know or should know...

Paige: scratched means to decide you don't want to show a rabbit after its been entered, so you "scratch" it from the entry. :)

Nice forms. I am going to FL for a week in february and I should probably work on something like that too. XD I feel bad for anyone I get to do this. lol We live out of the way of all our friends and I have like 50 rabbits scattered all over that need to be fed. lol
