It's Official....Piper's PREGNANT!!
Well I took some time today and deceided to palpate her. She relaxed for me and I was able to feel one little kit in there!! Just one, unless she is hiding another way up in the uterine horn. I sure hope this little one survives, I've always heard that singletons never make it because they need the warmth of other kits...however, I know Holly Hope of Tru Luv Rabbitry was a singleton and that gives me hope! Hopefully there are some more in there though...we'll see!

I heard you can put an electric blanket under the nestbox to keep the baby warm *shrugs* just an idea. ;)
I've heard of singletons so I wouldn't worry too much! plus rabbits can be a pain to predict! :P

What I did with Holly Hope was, I used hot water bottle to warm the singleton up every 2 hours. I hope the weather isn't too cold over at your end.
Yay! I am just so excited to hear about this great news. Can't wait to see the babies. I doubt that there is only 1 in there. Should be more. I hope you caught the palpation on video.
