Today at feeding time I noticed Piper licking away at her water bottle. She just looked thirsty and so I didn't think anything of it...until she kept chomping away after a minute. I moved her out of the way and tested the bottle with my finger(it's the kind with a metal ball in the long shaft, just a standard water bottle). Well to my surprise nothing was coming out!! I immediately trashed that bottle and got her a new one that *worked*. Poor Piper she sat there and drank a good while.
Speaking of Piper, today we had a bad accident with her. Hannah was holding her wrapped up in a towel and Piper spazed out. She jumped out of Hannah's arms and went flying and flopping through the air a good 5 feet.:-( She landed with a thud but seems okay. I just pray nothing is injured. We should know tomorrow after all the adrenaline wears off and soreness becomes evident. Keep her in your prayers please.
